Willow & Fig was created by friends Carlie and Jennie who have a passion for designing and creating beautiful spaces. They are at their happiest when crafting, upcycling and using massive blooming power tools to create standout and unique pieces for weddings and events.
With Carlie’s background as a Field Visual Manager for an international high street retailer and Jennie’s professional background as a Commercial Lawyer in Manchester, it was a marriage made in heaven and they decided to help their clients to create their vision for their special day.
“Having both planned our own weddings within the last few years, we know first-hand how important it is to work with people who understand you and what you want to achieve from your special day. Having both done a lot of the wedding prep and dressing the venues for our own weddings we understood how expensive and time consuming it is to prepare everything. Also how hard and stressful it is to set everything up before the wedding – not to mention the hours and hours that it takes, then the added stress of having to take everything down and pack it all away the next morning, on the first day of married life when you just want to be relaxing over breakfast with your friends and family…… and so Willow & Fig was born (affectionately named after Carlie’s kittens)! We pride ourselves on our professionalism and our passion for working with our clients to create stunning spaces, which represent their tastes and personalities. We aim to be exceptional yet affordable. We want to take away any stress and we encourage our clients to focus on enjoying their day safe in the knowledge that the venue will be beautifully styled by us.

Director - Willow & Fig in the LakesTiphanie is a home bird with a love of great food, great wine and the great outdoors, with 19 years experience in visual and creative roles (obviously she must have been a mere child when she started work).
A mamma of two boys, she is really good at washing, cooking, cleaning, playing football and watching BMX races in the rain. But she’s at her best being super creative, innovative and styling weddings to absolute perfection with a real eye for cutting edge design. 10/10 for organisation.

Director - Willow & Fig CheshireThe newest member of the Willow & Fig family, Catherine is creative, fun loving, and has a dance like no one is watching vibe. She is full of energy and endless enthusiasm, which is needed running around after her two year old.
After 2 decades of specialist nursing and then turning her hand to her talent and passion for creativity, Cat is a real people person and her attention to detail and customer service is second to none.

In-House JoinerOur very own in-house joiner, you’ll mainly see our creative craftsman in our workshop with a drill or staple gun in hand, either there or sailing big boats. If we are doing a large setup you might even see (or have a brew and chat with) Bri on site.
